The staff member who checked me in was amazing.
Unfortunately, the pool was not usable due to low temperature, which was disappointing. The breakfast experience was poorly managed. the front desk clerk was rude and unhelpful regarding our pet policy. It felt isolating when one member of our group had to eat breakfast alone in the room.

The breakfast selection included granola bars, yogurt, and a small variety of fresh fruit. The location is a short drive to surrounding attractions and has great views of the mountains. However, the room we stayed in was quite warm upon arrival, taking a long time for the AC to cool it down. The shower had a continuous drip, and there was a significant delay with the drainage after use. The towels looked quite worn, and cleanliness could have been better in some areas. With a rate over $200+, I expected more updated facilities and better service. Overall, while it had some redeeming qualities, improvements are certainly needed.

Efficient service and a delicious breakfast of scrambled eggs and bacon made this stay enjoyable. The large room was a plus, with cozy beds ideal for a restful night after a long journey. However, some amenities, like the pool, were underwhelming due to temperature issues, affecting overall comfort. A few areas showed wear, particularly in housekeeping standards, which could be improved for a more pleasant experience.

The location is perfect, just off the highway and close to ski lifts and gorgeous views of the Columbia Mountains. We enjoyed snow tubing and the convenience of getting to Kicking Horse Pedestrian Bridge quickly. Breakfast was great, with friendly staff making sure we were well-fed.
The only downside was the parking lot on the north side, which had a giant puddle making it tricky to park. It's something the hotel should address for a smoother experience.
